2025 Organic Pasture Raised Chicken Shares

In 2025 we are sourcing Organic chickens from some local farms who raise chickens on pasture among perennial agriculture systems. We are excited about partnering with these growers this year and hope to have similar systems set up on our farm in the future.

*Note: In 2025 the chicken’s feed will contain soy.

Sign up to receive whole or cut pasture raised chicken to be delivered with your bag each month starting in June. Choose between small (2 chickens/ month), medium (3 chickens / month, or large (4 chickens/ month). Chicken are roughly 4 lbs (or equivalent, will give extra chicken if they are smaller) and will be delivered at the beginning of each month starting in June and ending in October.

*cut chickens are packaged as a half of a chicken cut up. Bone-in breast, thigh, drumstick and wing will come in a package.

Chickens are a heritage breed and raised among a perennial forest agriculture habitat. They have room to roam, foraging for insects, vegetation, seeds and berries. They are fed a local feed that has not been genetically modified comprised of corn, soy, vitamins and minerals raised by farmers who are certified organic. We enjoy supporting farmers who are limiting chemical use.
